JENNIFER NARD
PARALEGAL
Jennifer Nard began her career with Gomez Trail Attorneys as an intake specialist in the Complex Litigation practice group working on Mass Tort and Class Action cases. She is now a paralegal, dedicating the majority of her time to Environmental Litigation. Jennifer enjoys working with clients, among all other aspects of Environmental Litigation. Some of Jennifer’s cases include a wildfire case against Chrysler and the U.S. Government, a PCB contamination case against Monsanto, and a toxic chemical site under an elementary school against Ametek.
Prior to her career as a paralegal, Jennifer worked as a realtor and broker in Arizona representing builders, banks, government-sponsored enterprises, and traditional buyers. After moving to San Diego and switching careers, Jennifer received her paralegal certificate from the University of San Diego and was honored for achieving the highest GPA in her program.
Jennifer spends her free time with her friends and family; working out; hiking; traveling; and enjoying the beaches and beautiful weather San Diego has to offer.
