JOHN FISKE
Complex Litigation
John Fiske manages Gomez Environmental Litigation practice. In 2013, SD Metro Magazine named Mr. Fiske to its list of “40 Under 40,” and he is a 2012 Top Influential (The Daily Transcript), a 2009 Top Young Attorney (The Daily Transcript), and a 2007 50 People to Watch (San Diego Magazine). Mr. Fiske has regularly appeared as a TV analyst on Fox 5, KPBS, KGTV, KUSI, and UT-TV. Notable awards include a $20 million settlement, and a $10.8 million and a $13.5 million judgment.
JENNIFER NARD
Paralegal
Jennifer Nard began her career as an intake specialist in the Complex Litigation practice group working on Mass Tort and Class Action cases. She is now a paralegal, dedicating the majority of her time to Environmental Litigation. Some of Jennifer’s cases include a wildfire case against Chrysler and the U.S. Government, a PCB contamination case against Monsanto, and a toxic chemical site under an elementary school against Ametek.
